Choice of preamp tubes is strange, you could get away with expensive gapped coupling transformers and use caps or DC coupling instead.
For 805 amp you could use DC connected two halfs of 6SN7 into 805, then gapped output transformer. Using power tubes as drivers isn't best practice because of very low gain.
