Im looking at an old UREI 530 eq.  The schematic (link below) has a few components that Im not sure what to use.

First is a set of diodes listed as CR# VI0 can't seem to find anything besides it might have been a crystal rectifier, but just looks like glass diodes. ( theyre near IC1D and near the output transformer)
second is 5117 (Q3) looks to be a transistor (top middle of schematic before the output transformer)
third and fourth (same area) is a pair of transistors listed as MPS U55 and MPS U05 (Q1/Q2) they both physically look like a similar package to a voltage regulator (TO)

If anyone has some insight would be greatly appreciated.  :)

CR2 and CR3  are the same as CR4, which is 1N4740A (10V 1W Zener Diode)

MPSU05/55 is an obsolete 2A 60V 10W PNP transistor made by Motorola.
A possible modern replacement (still in production) is MJE253.
