Both of those were semi hits 50-ish years ago.  Sadly, both of those guys passed away last year.

o.k. so the other day the studio got booked because an artist from out of town needed a rehearsal spot.  While we prefer to not do this kind of action the end result was killer.  The reason the artist was in town was he was rehearsing for a gig the following day on the jimmy Kimmel show.  I have to post this here because  it's awesome. More over this kind of music will never win a grammy, he plays guitar and quite well too.

Quality three piece heavy blues rock is hard to find these days ,
Any relation to Ed King ?

Fun song from Tulsa co-written, engineered and produced by a lifelong friend who passed last year.  It's fun and a toe-tapper (also multi platinum)

Jellyfish ,
wasnt aware of them before now , very prog rockish ,
the opening riff of the song is familiar for some reason though .

I've never heard of them before either. I'm always impressed by a drummer singing (not trying to say anything about drummers).

Tubetec - Brass in Pocket? Pretenders? Long bow to draw.
