I was thinking if I build a new PC it would be an AMD  ryzen  based one I have built a number of AMD based PC over the years After reading the  following I don't think so.

I've wondered why it's taken this long for the lack of trust to kick in. Maybe a year ago I purchased a processor from China thinking...hmm...I wonder if it's safe?

But yeah, doesn't surprise me at all. I'm not sure why you don't think so, but I don't think there's anything to be worried about with an AMD chip...and AMD is just maximizing it's own financial interests.

I've always been an Intel guy. Chips and preferably chipsets.
