Is anybody using power supplies for nixie tubes with tube mic projects? Would make inexpensive adjustable PSU easily.

There are many designs like this:

Combine with similar adjustable DC/DC step-down converter for tube heater(s)

and use with external 12/24V DC supply. For the cost of linear supply like in D-47 project (about $150 Mouser BOM) you could build many DC/DC converter based ones.

I think I might worry about switching noise from the supply. I'm sure you can filter the electrical part of it but it would take some good shielding to keep the RF down. Just my thoughts without trying it. The price is great.

Price is great, yes. An alternative might be a tube mic PSU supporting multiple mics. Why should every mic need own PSU? The vintage PSUs use filtering scheme which limits the output current so it would need different one, guess some active regulator based circuit to be able to feed several mics at the same time. Power for unused but connected mics should be switchable (on/off) individually. Single heftier transformer with multiple independent (adjustable) regulators might be nice though adds costs.
