what is the function of 100uf cap to ground and 820r resistor?

I need to insert also the 1uf capS?

To ramp up the phantom voltage

Yes, you need caps to block the DC phantom voltage from the mic input

questionable, your mic image is a dynamic capsule so it does not need phantom. If the 1uf caps are polarized the positive side needs to face the phantom voltage.
