Hey all,

Does anyone have a link to a solid datasheet for these trafos? Specifically the PA-1A?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Thanks, Doug.

Here’s a photo to help potentially solve this mystery. Any thoughts?

Thanks much,
Mark

those aren't transformers, they're plug in SS amps.

Thanks, Doug. Do you happen to know how they affect the signal? Is it a ratio thing or is it a several fixed settings? What are impedances in and out?

Thanks again,
Mark

..they kinda looked like things with Triad A-67J inside....

Yeah, this is Autogram era, probably not even Collins design.  These sorts of amps exist in Altec, Collins, Gates, and others.  SS plug-ins.  Little to no value other than people with those consoles.

These are not transformers. They are phono preamps. 47 kohm input impedance, nominal level about 5mV, frequency response according to RIAA curve.
