i found a stack of these boards.  Does anyone recognise this design? Is it from GDIY?

"Discrete Mic Preamplifier" but the only active components I see are ICs... :o
Maybe there is another board that goes with it?

yes definitely Mitsos 312, but there must be a second PCB, for the switches.

You can build a 312 or a 990 preamp (John Hardy M1) with those PCBs. They are nice.
