if i have a 1 : 4CT transformer with two 10K  resistors on the secondary, both tied to the grounded centertap and one resistor to each end of the secondary.
what does the reflected load look like on the primary?

is it (10K x 2) / 4^2
or 10K / 2^2

If I understand your description, 2x 10k in series across the 4x winding is 20k divided by the transformer ratio squared (1/16) so 1.25k at primary.

Of course check my math.

I agree,  it would be 1.25k.

Another way to look at it would be if you separate the primary in the center.  Each part would see 625, in series the total being 1.25k.

> grounded centertap

Why would that matter at all?

As-drawn, 20K on secondary, 1:4 ratio, yada yada.
