3-SOLD
1-Avaliable
For sale is a "capacitor discharge tool" kit, with all the electronic parts necessary to build the tool.
Assembly is required - you will need to supply some materials to complete the project. See below.
This kit comes with the following:
4 x 1kv 20 amp probes
3 x RGB LEDs (two required, one is spare)
4 x 50W 1k metal cased resistors
2 x 3 W 300R
4 x 2W 68k
2 x 5W 6.3v zenner diodes
3 x plastic isolation stand offs with screws (tri leg standoff)
1 x plastic project box
You will need to provide the inner metal sheet to mount all the parts upon and be able to drill pilot holes for mounting some parts. You will need a few small screws to hold some parts down on the metal mounting sheet.
You will need a small amount of hook-up wire and of course you will need to be able to solder the parts together.
-= CAUTION =-
Unplug any device before discharging caps.
Use at your own risk – working around high voltage devices is dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Do not build or use if you do not understand how to use this device safely.
