Is it possible to use external 48v phantom power with a Telefunken V676 , I have a pair of V676 thats not racked. I have external power supply / xlr in out. But im missing 48v phantom power. Ive got a  Behringer ps400 external phantom power box. I´ve heard that this can damage the preamps? Looking for help, anybody? Is it safe to do ? Any other suggestions if this doesnt work?

Why should it? It won't. Just use it.

Thanks for answering! I dont know why it wont work, but ive read and heard that maybe you need a stepped phantom power to not do damage to the input transformer?

You are probably thinking of slow-start phantom for the V72 and V76 tube preamps.  They have a transformer that can arc over during current inrush.  The V676 will be fine.
