Well, I only looked at one - the JJ 12AX7 quad.  $79 buy it now?  These tubes are $10.95 each from Antique Electronics.  You may want to make the $39 the buy it now.

I think the JJ ecc83 are a bit harder to find than the  "s" iirc....
