It needs a buffer/output stage as the original module doesn't include that (or an output tx).  I have a racked up 3116 going into 33422 for the full channel path.  I think there's a difference between the 3116 and the 3126 maybe the 3116 is discrete and the 3126 isn't?  Anyway, it's a great preamp and I use it heaps.  Would love to pair it with another...

I bought this channel from a friend a few years ago. I used it a lot on vocals, acoustic guitars, acoustic instruments in general and I always found it very similar to 1073. I now sell it because I have a beautiful 32 channel cadac j type desk and I'm using it little and I need compressors 😊

Hi, yes I can send in the US I think the shipment rate it's around 100€.
Here the pics inside of rack

Whats more ridiculous,  asking 1100€ ? refusing an $850 offer? or offering 450€?

Geoff Tanner words on the 3126 modules:

"To be honest, they ain't the best Neve modules to want to rack up... the 2 in the number (ie 3126 istead of 3116) means that it's fitted with crappy BA437 boards which are stripped down 438's with the input decoupling and other useful bits missing so that it's marginally noisier and has less headroom.

This on top of a module with two band EQ, no EQ in/out switch, no phase switch, no output stage and no line input... other than a 35dB attenuator slapped in front of the mic input.

So it's an unbalanced BA438 output stage which won't have a lot of welly to drive a Neve output transformer...

Not my favourite module... but it is class A, if that counts for anything. Just don't expect it to sound like a 1073!"
