FS: Rocker concealed hinge jig and 35mm bit - SOLD

I'm selling a brand new Rocker Jig It concealed hinge jig with a new 35mm Forstner bit. This allows you drill holes with repeatable depth and placement without the use of a drill press. I bought this to do the cabinets for my house when I was remodeling but wound up just using the traditional exposed hinges as the doors had an odd shape that would make using concealed ones difficult. This can be useful for doing other projects or materials where multiple pieces need to have the same drilled holes with the same placement. I know this forum isn't woodworking DIY but there some fabrication projects that are done here where this might come in handy.
