I have a couple of very nice meters that I earmarked for a PYE limiter project.  Unfortunately my young (at the time) deaf Basset hound "Maurice" (see pic) managed to smash one.

He broke the bakelight housing which I have tried to glue back together, but he also broke the glass which is about 1 or 2mm thick & has some difficult to cut curves in it.  I can't see a way to cut this, but don't really want to replace with plastic.

Any ideas ?

If the deaf Bassett Hound can mix records I wouldn’t be surprised if he could do it.

Rob, I have a bunch of ye olde meters of every shape and size, of many different brands. I may be able to save you the trouble and send you a matching housing/glass. Got a pic of the meter?
