These transformers are commonly found in the line input sections of vintage Neve equipment such as the legendary 1073, 1081 and 1084 preamp modules

There is an abundance of information online about these and how to use them as mic pre input transformers etc.

Spec is as follows:

T1442 - L31267/S - Line Input / Bridging Transformer used in the infamous Neve 1073, 1081 & 1084 preamp modules. Specs: Ratio 2+2:1+1 Impedance: 10k/2, 5k Primary. 2,4k/600ohm Secondary Freq. Response: 20hz-20khz Distortion at +20db input: 0.1%/40Hz, 0.01%/1kHz, 0,01%/10kHz Phase shift 600ohms load: 2deg/20Hz, 1deg/1kHz, 10deg/10kHz, 20deg/20kHz Primary Pins: 2-4, 3-5 Secondary Pins: 7-9, 8-10 Screen Pin: 6
