am i good
if i use 150:150 trx in between
condenser mic with phantom power -and- unbalanced mic pre input,
or is there any other way for connecting phantom power to unbalanced mic pre input?

You can connect phantom power through 47k resistors using DC blocking capacitors just like with balanced inputs. Only the - input side of the second cap goes to ground (audio 0V).
