I'm having a terrible time trying to successfully match a resistor to a JFET for my microphone project (U87 clone). Anyone sell matching fet and resistor sets?

I meant the resistance value for the bias resistor.
For good results you need an audio analyzer especially if you need a pair(matching for THD etc)
