So i was thinking (please bear with me)

If i make two identical c12 circuits, and place them into one housing, use a pentode and dedicate one triode for each circuit, polarize one side of the diaphragm, but not the other (use it as a dummy for the other circuit). At the output wire two transformers so that they are oposite polarity...

Do you think noise from both circuits would cancel out, and leave me with pristine signal with minimal possible noise?

I know i get cardioid only, and the components would have to be closely matched.

In one word: nope. Sorry :D

Noise doesn't sum coherently, and either way you'd be at the mercy of component tolerances and nonlinearities and varying parasitics and whatnot...

That's what i was afraid of.
