Ampex MM1200 is the bomb! but there are alot of good second hand analogue consoles out there that have great mic pres and dont cost too much. Trident, Raindirk, Quad Eight, early Allen and Heath etc. they are getting cheaper aswell. MCI 600 and 500 desks are really good value for the buck.
Helps if you are tech minded.
I have an old Neve and an Ampex MM1200 but I spend alot of time making sure they are up to spec - but hey you cant beat the sound!
