SAE 220 Power Amp - advices needed

Hi there,
I own an old SAE 220 amp.
It starts and the relay clicks to let the audio signal goes.
I have a large amount of distortion, whatever the level sent in it.
Both channels are working
What would be the first thing I have to check ?
Does anyone have a shematic for this model ?

If both channels are misbehaving might be a common problem , like power supply.

Yep, this was my guess too... I don’t have an idea of the correct voltage rails... I’ll measure them and post here the results.

220?? Or 2200?

This is a 220 model - Didn’t seen it on Hifiengine - I’ve found traces of this references with some Thebay auctions...
Thanks anyway for this link - Maybe the 220 version is a 2200 without the leds on it’s frontplate.

I'd be suspicious of the audio relays

Problem found !
It was a bad solder joint on a ceramic resistor near the power transistors.

Now fully operational
