Is there a screw under the badge?

Maybe the bottom slips down if there is a screw under it and maybe the XLR helps hold the shell in place

I got mine too. Completely unsuitable even as a donor,full plastic junk.
You can open it by removing the glued perforated metal part around the capsule.

Does this hold? That's an awful lot of plastic, if true...
