I would like to keep the monitor function and most people are just removing IC 10 the monitor return buffer amp as it "dumps" noise onto the MIX BUS.
There is a monitor mute switch nearby that mutes the input by dropping it to ground.
modify the circuit to short or lift the outputs rather than the input? Would this keep the TOFT stock function but allow you to kill the source of noise?
