Adobe Sensei Awesomizer / Project Awesome Audio

I bet this will come in handy for some bad recordings.
But is it only me or does this little "plugin" handle almost the same repair jobs like iZotope RX only within a split second?!
Of course you don't get to choose settings but it seems  to me like something useful if you are in a hurry.

It looks pretty fantastic at cleaning up terribly recorded dialog, but what I love about RX is the ability to work on only certain frequencies, which I think makes it a better choice for music...

I'm working in audio post production, mainly for tv.

These days I spend almost as much time in RX cleaning recording than actualy mixing in pro tools...

But this plug-in looks like the perfect example of things the vide editor will use to "try to get things better before the mix" but in fact, making irreversible damage...

In my exerience,  "automatic" is never  good idea in sound restoration.

Bests,

Thomas
