someone says there is a loose wire inside this mic as it cuts in and out,

i have the lid off but how do you proceed from here without screwing it up and getting sued by the church?  :D

you have to really yard on the second screw on piece, but it comes off>

then you have to kind of rip the module out of the rubber part, but it comes out, save for the RTV over the terminals,  then you solder the blue wire back on to the terminal.

then you re-assemble and get motorboating because in your effort to re tension the gold jumpers on the capsule, you broke the micro fine wire that connects then secondary to the terminal. so you get a mag glass and hope and pray that the solder you dabbed onto the solder iron tip somehow  bonds itself to the micro fine wire before it melts and somehow gets soldered to the gold pin at the same time, which it did on the first try so we are happy to see this leave the shop!
