Midi controller skip number

hi!

The title is not clear at all but I couldn't find a better to word my problem.

I have a Tech 21 Midi Mouse and each press should increase or decrease the active patch by one.

However, it tend to register 2, 3, or more entry on one press from time to time, which make it quite unreliable.

I replaced the original switches for better ones but it kinda react the same.

I don't know what kind of information could be useful, I will post pictures or anything relevant if needed.
