Happy January 1st.

Below bad drinking questions, best left to 2019..(orig thread topic... bad idea.. 'physics for dummy question')

Does total molecular weight of a conduit vary ever-so-slightly depending on how many free electrons are being pulled/pushed through it?

Edit:  ok..Ion propulsion! But that's plasma in a vacuum.

Since we can't know payload and location at same time, how did they prove electrons travel far in copper?

Edit#2  Crazy    just discovered electron drift velocity... mind blown.

Thermal velocity...buzzing about at random at high speeds, with a small superimposed drift velocity caused by the electric field."
Gives me a headache... switching to water and going to bed.

no...  electrons/holes just get bumped along so average number remains constant.
