DIY Rack face plate material
« on: February 05, 2020, 12:50:08 PM »
Hello to the community!

I am making a DIY preamp which is in a rackmount form. I am looking for materials that I can use for the front plate,
To be more clear, I am talking about about the 19 inch wide, 1.75 inch heigh front.
I am looking for material options that are used in high end gear like UAD Apollo rack interfaces or Rupert Neve Designs gears.
Thanks!

99% are made from aluminium or steel.
