I welcome everyone.

On the Internet I saw an option to turn on the output transformer to the cathode, instead of ground.
In the image - A / B.

For what purpose is the transformer connected to the cathode, instead of the usual connection to ground ?

The cathode resistor is decoupled with the parallel capacitor, so for AC , connecting the transformer to the cathode it is more or less the same as connecting it to ground.

If the capacitor is very small, you would get a small amount of LF feedback, resulting in LF rolloff.
(But that would also be the case with a small capacitor and the transformer connected to ground.)

We've discussed this elsewhere here several times, once recently.  It was a common connection in ancient times.
