Anyone have any leads on a high quality vinyl/sticker printing service? Have some custom meter scales I would like to print.

Its really hard to find a good printing service that advertises high quality work, as so many of them appear to only care about being cheaper than the competition.

Maybe ask a sign company...
Or hit them or print company people up on  one of their forums.

A lot of people who get into forums to discuss their craft are quite skilled I've noticed...

You could see someone you think appears to know some stuff and look at their contact info...

I found a great carpet guy locally on one of the carpet forums that way....
