I cant possibly read through all that this time of day ,
but it just goes to show modern chemistry is a game of one wing of industry wiping the shitty arse of another segment ,
all the best stuff comes from nature and is there for the taking , many dangerous by-products need not be produced at all .
Wasnt long after the advent of organophosphates some bright spark decided to use it in warfare ....  and look where that got us .

Uh, you only had to read "supercapacitors synthesized from durian".

If you don't know what that is, feel lucky.

Is that the fruit that smells like rotting flesh?

Good luck with finding the staff for that career :-\

If yu have the balls to taste Durian, you'll find out the smell doesn't matter.  8)

Besides, there's also Jackfruit for those of us with a sensitive stomach.
