ez 1073 build

Hi all, I am fairly new to the diy world, and am finishing up an ez1073. I am getting ready to connect my XLR's, and because of the case I'm using, I am not able to use the XLR's that mount to the PCB. So, I have to use the Molex connectors. For grins, I checked PL5 and PL6 for continuity to the spot that the XLR's connect, and on PL6, alll looks good, but on PL5, my hot AND my cold have continuity between them. Surely, this can't be correct, or, is it?

It's normal, as they're hooked up to an input transformer.
