I just saw this https://www.analogueseduction.net/burn-in-devices/tellurium-q-system-enhancement-cd.html its a CD that you play in your system to burn it in and kinda reset it.

From the webpage: ...'Most music follows a form that can be calculated with a fourier transform analysis and time frequency analysis indicating it is not random, which simply means that your system can get into a “rut”'

Another similar CD: https://www.analogueseduction.net/burn-in-devices/isotek-system-enhancer-cd.html

...'It is important to exercise an audio system across the full range of frequencies and amplitudes it may encounter in real life, and to this end the tones on this disc have been devised to cover the complete audio band from top to bottom, also ensuring that, for instance, high-amplitude signals are combined with high-speed ones.'...

In fact this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAgrzntOb8Q has a lot of bullshit, myth, snake oil, videos, some of them are so ridiculous that are fun to watch.

I heard it was wise to open up your muscle car now and again. Draws out the carbon deposits and keeps the carb from gummin' up.

That true?

I recall doing that as a kid... lugging it around could let carbon deposits build up inside the combustion chamber and if they get large enough they can create hot spots, like a glow plug that can cause detonation.

Generally it just feel good to feel eyeballs in....

Paul Mcgowan is famous for audio BS. One of millions.

Sure is. I watched a video of him talking about monoblocks vs stereo amps. As the video played I looked up amp specs from his company. The Stereo amps have the same specs  per channel as the monoblocks.  One stereo amp costs about the same as a single monoblock. The main conclusion of the video was having 2 x monoblocks is better because 2 is better then 1.
