Hi,

Do someone  knows where I can find the theory behind of  Logarithmic Vacuum Tube Amplifier?; In the solid state case this theory is very common using Op Amps but in vacuum tubes that is very rare or almost impossible to get.

Sounds like you need an old book on analog computing. I'll have a look through my library, but I don't think much of my stuff covers that area.

EDIT: OK a quick browse turns up vacuum tube voltmeters as an application, so maybe this is useful to you, see page 935 (page 943 of the PDF):

Let me see the linked book, but looks like your are right, I must search for  an "old book on analog computing"....I don't had thinking in that point of view!.
