Any cross reference/suitable replacements? I have some NTE and RCA transistor array chips.
In case you don't find a replacement don't ditch the possibility of DIY a 4 transistor array, buy matching 4 suitable transistor and using a compound to thermally seal them.
I know it's not what you're asking but something in older gear when the parts are hard to get this can be a good solution

The datasheet says the transistors in the array are similar to 2N3906 which is a pretty common part.
