Administrators photo upload problem

Hi I'm trying to upload a 16Kb jpg pic and am getting the following message:

"The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator."

Any ideas ?

in about the 2 last years no upload possible  : (((
and still do not know why …

weight ?

here is 729k

the upload folder full may be a generic error message for other problems.
