Sorry to bother, but I am quite new to this. I am trying to wire tamura transformers (pl5.0-10-130b 115v-5v) for the power supply, and have some questions. There are eight pins on the bottom labeled 1,3,4,6,7,9,10,12. Am I correct in assuming that:
1) these are pairs of inputs and outputs.
2) the odds and the evens go together
3) the side with the most windings is the primary (a stupid question, I know...but its my first transformer)
4) these types of transformers are suitable for this application

Also, since this fool thing is otherwise unlabled, can you tell by looking which is the CT? And, if so, is it important which lead (hot or neutral) goes to which pin? I know these questions are immensely newbiesque, and I pre-thank you for your patience.

It's not safe to assume anything here. You need to find a data sheet for the transformer. There should be some information here.

Hope that gets you started.
