help me identifying these...¿thermistors?

Hi!,

A friend asked me if can build him a linear psu for his console. The current psu is SMPS type, with a bank of LC filters.
He sent me some picture of the psu, but i can't identify these 4 parts at the left side of the 4 fuse holders. ¿thermistors?

Hi!

Leds!...makes sense!. because thermistors are always used in series...

You guys beat me to it....

Last big PS I did used bi-color LEDs on each rail... Green for all good, Red for rail up but fuse blown, and dark for no power.

That looks like resistor in series  so low voltage lamp or LED.
