If you are looking to just get it fixed (no DIY), it looks like Shure will repair it for $61 USD. I've done this in the past for a couple of mic's. I think they ended up sending me a new mic both times.

The only worth of fixing that one would be an educational value. But then, I do not see any. Those mics are so cheap that IMO are not worth fixing. Just discard it and buy a new one for some $100 (or good working used one for half of it) and spend that time for much more important things in your life...
