I built a second green pre psu today, and something wierd is happening.
I get my +15 and -15, but the phantom come out at 16v, the three 47uf caps are upping the power, but in wierd numbers. It starts at 8v, goes to 11v, and then up to 16v from the first cap to the third cap.
Any ideas?
