Does anyone know if Aurycle www.aurycle.com is still in business? I need one more U87-style body, and their brass one looks pretty decent, but I get no email response from them.

Both my bodies are being delivered on monday, paid £96 including postage then got hit with another £40 customs charge!!

I forgot to note that I did end up getting two of the FET Mic Body Kit and they arrived pretty fast and look quite nice. I like natural brass with laquer finish, so they fit my style. The only thing needing replacement was the awful capsule holder, but that was simple.

Usually they are smaller than 'the real thing' and have no (way to mount) switches.

Isn't that why they invented the Dremel tool, to make holes for switches?

Of course with a bit of creativity it CAN be done. But it is an extra complication.
The ones I have seen were about the size of the MXL MCA-SP1.
