EON 615 JBL noise without signal connected

Hello,

I have a EON 615 JBL with a rare failure, that have a loud noise Similar to white noise with any signal conected to any Channel!...in this link you can see the rare performance of this unit, the channel 2 show signal without any signal connected at all!!...and the EQ PRESETS change without control in the beginning!!

Do anyone have had a trouble like this with EON 615 before ?

I have an exact similar issue with mine.. I haven’t located the problem source yet.. i’ve tried everything from factory resetting to unscrewing everything and making sure all the wires were in place

Now I am repairing three (3) JBL EON 15 G2 with the same problem again!….look like this a common trouble with these kind of JBL EON. I think the preamp board is the problem but I can’t find a supplier for that assy board replacement part anywhere!!
