VCA sourcing in UK ?

Right....Ordered my boards for my first build ( SSL Compressor ). Should arrive within 2 weeks. Meanwhile im collecting all the components, most of which ill buy from Maplins ( UK ), e.g. Resistors, caps, connectors etc.

BUT, where do i get VCA's, im doing the Jakob Erland build which states the DBX 2150 in the component list. Any links to suppliers in the uk appreciated.

Also where to source a 1u rack in UK also.

absolutely - thats were i got my pretrimmed ones from about 6 weeks ago (nice little plush case as well)
I am getting the THATs - check the threads about the relationships between DBX and THAT (I don;t know...)

BTW - don't get the resistors from Maplins - you will be asking for trouble...
