Hi, I recently purchased a BX10 that I was told was working, but I'm not getting signal, wet or dry, from either channel. I get around -65 to -70dB of hum which is probably pretty common for a spring reverb.

So far I've checked:
Power supply: voltage across the secondary winding and voltage across power supply output. Both good
Resistance between the pins of the reverb unit connector: Good
Continuity test input and outputs

I haven't tested the electronics according the what's in the manual because I don't have the test circuitry to do so. Here's a link to the manual and schematics: https://mpe.berklee.edu/documents/studio/manuals/effects/AKG%20BX10/AKG%20BX10%20Reverb%20Unit.pdf

I'm assuming I should see some AC on the circuit with power, correct?
