Last week I bought a Bellari RP562 Tube Exciter.  As soon as I opened the box, I saw plenty opportunities for modding it. But I need some advice.

I've been emailing Bellari, but they won't give up the schematic.

I have read the Voodoo Labs guide at:
http://www.voodoo-labs.com/index/gearslutz_data/bellarimods.htm

The first thing I'm about to modify are the opamps. I already ordered 3 pieces of AD823ANZ as a replacement.

As far of all carbon resistors and the capacitors. I like to change them for quality ones. I remember back in the days, I modified a 3630 compressor. It made a huge difference by swapping components, for good quality ones.

I've measured the power supplies eand they deliver 200 and 12 volts, before being rectified. 200 must be to drive the tubes. But can the other current be spiced up for a better performance?

Even better, can these 2 power transformers been replaced by a torroid ??

And last question. Are there any other modifications that come in mind ?

Thanks in advance

I am curious if anyone has found a schematic to the 562 or 563? I have been trying to draw it out but its a strange layout and a bit difficult to follow. Anyone have anything on this?
Thanks
Bruce
