I've managed to find one 8650. Anybody have another they are willing to part with.

I don't have one, but since it appears you've been on the hunt for two years now, perhaps it would be easiest just to order it from Sowter directly or through Don Audio (which amounts to the same thing, I suppose), both of whom have it listed on their sites...admittedly not "in stock," but at least you wouldn't be waiting another two years. I assume you had reasons not to order them new when you first set out, but maybe two years later the equation has changed? Anyway, best of luck, and sorry I don't have one to offer!
