Everyone needs a Knipex 08 05 110 mini combination pliers.

I use the 78 61 125 for component leads.

For needle nose pliers and diagonal cutters I prefer the offerings from Lindstrom. I have a couple of Knipex but the Lindstroms fit in my hand better.

For the 9mm pots the gap between the shaft and tab is rather small,  around 2mm. Are any of these tools small and strong enough to get in that space?
