I'm looking for the Nichicon Muse series. (Muse? that right?)
which neither Mouser or Digikey carry.

What's another good source, hopefully inexpensive?

Also, I guess this is a two part question.

What Nichicon electrolytic caps do you guys like for recapping solid state transformer balanced preamps? I'm looking for something that is flattering to the mid-range.
Trying to narrow down some choices before I buy a few different types to a/b for recapping my PM1000

I have also found great deals at www.electronix.com - I used to order parts here often when I was a TV tech, but they have deals and weekly sales on things that we use too.

I have ordered three times form them and I got prompt service each time.
Besides the Muse line they carry other capacitor goodies like the Elna Silmic.

Hey thanks guys,

I guess I'll place an order of what I need with Handmade Electronics, but I can't really find everything I want there.

Is there anywhere else that carries the Muse series?
I've spent about an hour scouring google but Handmade is about the only place I can come up with.

Handmade is the only place I buy caps now. They are in PA, I get my Order next day with UPS ground, great stuff.. just bought a bunch of Black Gates from them.

For those in the Netherlands, here's a nice source for caps (film, 'lytic, styro). I'm expecting my first shipment one of these days.
They only have some values, but prices are low:
