Anyone else having trouble contacting Beesneez?

I've sent numerous emails trying to get in touch with Ben and have had no response.
Has anyone heard from him lately?

I made purchase on their website 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything other than automated reply

It's just weird, Ben and Veronica are usually quick to respond but I sent a capsule back to them to inspect about two months ago and can't get any response since. I hope they're ok.

Maybe I always caught them at bad times...but I could never keep good contact with them. Things came together but I felt like I had to be a little annoying to get a response.
