Don-Audio Worst Customer Service

I placed an order from Don-Audio on 11/04/20, they billed me on 11/16/20. I emailed them 4 times before they finally responded last week (4 months later) saying there was some issue and they didn’t have the parts. I asked for a refund and that still hasn’t been delivered. The amount was over $300. WTF??? Never ordering from this place again...

They have a phone number listed at the bottom of the web page have you tried that ?

Many business have Covid-related supply chain problems these days.

No excuse for their behaviour, of course. Hope you get your money back.
